Shipment processing time
Once your payment is received its in the processing queue.
The customisation process takes between between 4 and 7 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few extra days.
Please allow additional days in transit, the delay is usually due to stock being depleted and we have to source from partner factories.
Estimated shipping times once its processed is between 25-60 days for E-packet Standard and UK Line delivery is between 20-30 days.
Please note that the shipping process is out of our control once it leave our factory. However, should your parcel be lost in transit we will resend a replacement free of charge.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Around 10 days after order placed you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email saying "Completed" or "Order processed " message that your your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number data will update every few days but may sometime be infrequent until arrival in the UK.

If there are significant delays in the arrival of your order outside delivery estimates, store credits will be provided upon review.
Christmas 2023
This year will be an extremely busy period with the upcoming World Cup in November. The high volume orders and busy shipping period may cause extreme delays so we advise that all Christmas and birthdays gifts be ordered well in advance this year. Our recommended ordering date is before the end of October.
