Please note with the ongoing concerns of Covid19 although post is now almost back to normal there are days where delays still may happen.

Please note we can no longer ship to Ireland nor many European countries due to changing EU rules on VAT, and too many now get sent back or charged Double VAT, until this improves we can not offer to these countries.

If your order does not reach you within the times shown above please contact us and we will attempt to resolve the issue asap.

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure you receive them in perfect condition, should your item arrive and it is damaged in any way then please contact us straight away and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Returns Policy

 You may return items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund Only if it fits into the follow

wrong size received, error in print, damaged.

We will also except exchanges on items as long as the kit is plain or the name and number print is of a popular player and approved by our team.

You should expect to receive your refund once a tracking number to us has been submitted and returns will go to a UK address.

If a item has been damaged via washing or ironing we can not refund so please check our product care page.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
